Recommendation for Streets to be Included in the 2019 Local Maintenance and Improvement Grant (LMIG) program. Recommend approval of the local streets to be resurfaced through the 2019 Georgia Department of Transportation LMIG program.
Project Budget and Award of Bid for Interior Repainting of the Children and Youth Services Offices. Recommend establishment of a project budget in the amount $20,000 and award of a bid on the amount of $17,500 for the painting of the Children and Youth Services offices.
Resolution Designating Parking Enforcement Officers. Recommend adoption of Resolution R-18-YY designating employees of the City’s contracted on-street parking management vendor to act as parking officers.
Agreement with Decatur Housing Authority. Recommend authorizing the City Manager to negotiate a master lease agreement with the Decatur Housing Authority for rental of housing units for use during Swanton Heights reconstruction.
