Extending Hours for Sunday Sales. 1. Resolution R-18-XX calls for a referendum to consider allowing the sale of alcoholic beverages by the drink to begin at 11:00am on Sundays. 2. Ordinance O-18-XX amends the Alcoholic Beverage Ordinance to allow the sale of alcoholic beverages by the drink to begin at 11:00am on Sundays if approved by referendum in November, 2018.
Approval for Financing of Capital Equipment. Resolution R-18-YY approves lease-purchase financing for the acquisition of two trucks for recyclable material collection.
Agreements for E-Permitting Program. Recommend authorizing the City Manager to execute agreements with GovSense, LLC and Oracle America, Inc. for the implementation of epermitting for the Design, Environment and Construction Division.
Project Budget and Contract for Reimagine West Howard Avenue Landscape Improvements. Recommend establishment of a project budget in the amount of $130,000 and authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with Plantsand installation for the Reimagine West Howard Avenue project. Creative Landscapes, LLC in the amount of $119,000 for landscape materials
