I. Call to Order by Mayor. II. Approval of the Minutes. Approval of the Minutes of the Executive Session and Regular Meeting of June 4, 2018 and Special Called Meeting of June 11, 2018.
Planning Commission Recommendations. Consideration of the requests for items related to 1121 and 1123 Clairmont Avenue has been deferred to the July 16, 2018 City Commission meeting.
Public Hearing – Budget and 2018 Millage Rates. 2017-2018 Revised Budget Estimates; the 2018-2019 Proposed Budget Estimates; and, the 2018 Millage Rates.
Public Comment on Agenda Action Items. The public is invited to comment on agenda action items other than for “Requests and Petitions” and “Reports and Other Business.” Public comments that relate to “Requests and Petitions” will be heard later in the meeting.
Agenda Action Items. Ordinances Adopting Millage Rates. Ordinance O-18-AA establishes the General Fund tax rate at 10.52; Ordinance O-18-BB establishes the Bond Fund tax rate at 2.72; and, Ordinance O-18-CC establishes the Downtown Development Authority Fund tax rate at 0.38.
Resolution Establishing Various Fund Budgets. Resolution R-18-XX adopts various fund budgets.
Resolution Amending the Pay and Classification Plan. Resolution R-18-YY amends the Pay and Classification Plan.
Award of Bid for Quint Fire Apparatus. Recommend award of bid for quint fire apparatus to Fire Line, Inc./E-ONE, Inc.
Agreement with Pratt Recycling, Inc. - Recyclable Materials Recommend authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with Pratt Recycling, Inc. for the acceptance of recyclable material.
Agreement with Strategic Materials, Inc. – Glass Recyclables. Recommend authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with Strategic Materials, Inc. for the acceptance of glass recyclable material at $20 per ton.
