Due to a lack of quorum, the Planning Commission held a public hearing but made no recommendations. 2. The City Schools of Decatur have requested an amendment to the master site plan for the installation of modular classrooms for the property at 101 Fifth Avenue (Fifth Avenue Elementary School). Due to a lack of quorum, the Planning Commission held a public hearing but made no recommendations.
The City of Decatur has requested amendments to Article 4 – Mixed Use and Commercial District, Article 7 - Site Development, Article 8 – Public Improvements, Article 11 – Administration, and Article 12 Definitions of the Unified Development Ordinance, and to Chapter 86 - Streets Sidewalks and Other Public Places, related to building design standards, traffic impacts, street and sidewalk standards, off-street parking requirements, subdivision review standards, and definitions. Due to a lack of quorum, the Planning Commission held a public hearing but made no recommendations.

Resolution Establishing Various Fund Budgets. Resolution R-17-XX adopts various fund budgets.
Resolution Amending the Pay and Classification Plan. Resolution R-17-YY amends the Pay and Classification Plan.
Extension of Recycling Contract. Recommend authorizing the City Manager to execute the documents necessary to renew the recycling collection contract with Latham Home Sanitation at the rate of $144 per ton.
Contract for Community Transportation Plan Update. Recommend authorizing the City Manager to execute the documents necessary to enter into a contract with jB+A for planning services to update the Community Transportation Plan in an amount not to exceed $150,000.
Amendment to Alcoholic Beverages Ordinance. Recommend adoption of Ordinance O-17-YY amending the Alcoholic Beverages Ordinance to allow for sale of spirituous liquor for consumption off premises under specific circumstances.
