Public Hearing – Property Violations. Authorize correction of violations of the City’s Health and Sanitation Ordinance at the property located at 216 Ansley Street and that the property be assessed for the costs of such work. Georgia Safe Sidewalks Recommend approval of agreement with Georgia Safe Sidewalks for sidewalk maintenance and repair in an amount not to exceed $40,000.
