Planning Commission Recommendations. Park Trace Apartment Associates, LP requests a special exception to the terms of reconstruction of a nonconforming building at 700 Atlanta Avenue. The Planning Commission recommends approval with conditions as listed in Ordinance O-18-Z-XX.
Public Comment on Agenda Action Items. The public is invited to comment on agenda action items other than for “Requests and Petitions” and “Reports and Other Business.” Public comments that relate to “Requests and Petitions” will be heard later in the meeting.
Amendment to Parking Management Agreement. Recommend authorizing the City Manager to execute an amendment to the parking management agreement with SP Plus Corporation to add on street parking enforcement staff and extends the agreement until June 30, 2021.
Adoption of E-911 Resolutions. 1. Resolution R-18-XX increases the prepaid wireless charge from 75 cents to $1.50 per prepaid wireless retail transaction. 2. Resolution R-18-YY consolidates existing 911 charges for wireline, voice over internet protocol (VOIP), and wireless services.
