Planning Commission Recommendations. A. Landmark Builders Group requests a subdivision for the property at 552 Willivee Drive. The Planning Commission recommends approval with conditions. This item was tabled at the May 16, 2016 City Commission meeting. Application Staff Report Conditions B. Parmenter Clairemont, LLC on behalf of Stockbridge Fund, LLC requests a subdivision for the property at 160 Clairemont Avenue. The Planning Commission recommends approval with conditions. Application Staff Report C. James and Amy request revisions to a previously approved subdivision at the property at 735 Kirk Road. The Planning Commission recommends D. Acme Loft Investors, LLC – 515 West Howard Avenue 1. Acme Loft Investors, LLC requests a change in land use designation from RL – Low Density Residential to C – Commercial and High Density Residential for the property at 515 West Howard Avenue. Contract Award. Recommend establishment of a project budget of $36,000 and approval of a contract in the amount of $32,792.51 with Plants Creative Landscape for improvements to the Old Courthouse lawn area east of the Bandstand.
