Planning Commission Recommendations. A. The City Schools of Decatur requests a change in land use designation from RL-Low Density Residential and C-Commercial/High Density Residential to I-Institutional for the properties located at 2601 and 2617 Talley Street and 302-316 South Columbia Drive for the purpose of construction on a new public school. The Planning Commission recommends approval of the rezoning and approval of the conditional use permit and adoption of a comprehensive site development plan with conditions.
